Air Cooled Ducted Split Air Conditioners
Most widely used in Commercial building applications such as Marriage hall, Super Market, showrooms, Hospitals, Theatres, restaurants, Hotels and Industries where floor space is scarce but the AC unit can be housed above the false ceiling, ducted splits are the best choice. It may be used in the minimum area of 400 Sq.ft to 20,000Sq.ft.
The indoor unit in our ducted splits houses the evaporator, blower and filter in a compact powder-coated sheet metal unit, while the outdoor unit houses the compressor, the condenser and fan. The range of the Non Inverter ducted split unit are ton of refrigeration starts from 3.0TR, 4.0TR, 5.5TR, 8.5TR, 8.75TR, 11TR,17TR & 22TR. Whereas the Inverter ducted Split are available in 5TR, 8TR, 13.5TR, 16.5TR & 19TR.
Multiple unit installations allow zoning of the premises; whereby different zones can be cooled by individual units enabling zone – wise cooling.
Distribution system
The cool and dehumidified air from the Indoor Evaporator units will have to be carried through Rectangular or Spiral or Flat Oval ducts fabricated out of GI sheets makes of TATA/ ZINDAL/JSW with ISO certified manufacturer and will have to be distributed inside the respective areas to be Air conditioning.
Acoustic insulation for the initial portion of the supply air ducts located inside the respective plant rooms and Thermal insulation for supply air ducts to the extent required will have to be carried out by us.
